Choosing the Right ESP for Long-Term Pulp Line Stability – Enelco at the 2025 China Paper High-Quality Development Forum

Over the three content-packed days, discussions ranged from carbon reduction and energy efficiency to intelligent operation, equipment design, and long-term stability – a clear sign that the pulp and paper sector is now standing at the intersection of high-quality development and national “dual carbon” goals.

With the world gearing up for COP30, the question of how to secure long-term, stable, low-emission operation of pulp lines through reliable electrostatic precipitators and flue gas cleaning solutions is becoming more critical than ever.

Assessing and Restoring a MEEP System in Sintering Operations: Key Structural Insights and Retrofit Strategies

Summary
Moving Electrode Electrostatic Precipitators (MEEP) are widely used in sintering processes across the steel industry. This article draws on the inspection and retrofit of a 360m² MEEP system that had been in continuous operation for over a decade. We analyze how structural components—particularly the moving electrodes and rapping mechanisms—affect performance, and offer practical insights into executing a high-efficiency retrofit under tight time and supply constraints.

FCT Combustion Shine at CEMENTTECH 2025

From May 15 to 17, 2025, FCT Combustion, together with its exclusive China representative Enelco Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., participated in the 26th China International Cement Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CEMENTTECH 2025), held at the Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center in Hefei. With a strong focus on high-performance, low-emission combustion systems, the FCT booth drew attention from industry professionals, technology experts, and plant representatives across the cement and high-temperature industrial sectors.

Enelco Wins ESP Project Contract for Zhihu Yuanchuang’s Guigang Facility

Enelco Environmental Technology has been awarded the contract to provide electrostatic precipitator (ESP) systems for the first phase of the Zhihu Yuan Chuang Household Paper Integrated Production Project. The scope includes ESP systems supporting a 1,800 tds/d chemical recovery boiler and a 400 t/d lime kiln, with emission targets of 10 mg/Nm³ and 20 mg/Nm³ respectively.
