Initially established as a Joint Venture “Anhui EE Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd.” by Environmental Elements Corporation, Baltimore, Maryland
Converted JV to WOFE and renamed as “Enelco Environmental Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd.” (EETC)
EEC sold Enelco to China MPP Ventures LLC, another Maryland company
